We want you to love your purchase. If not, here's how returns work.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at joe@lamontgeneralstore.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS location
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Email us and we'll set up an exchange. We'll ship the new item as soon as we receive the original.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at joe@lamontgeneralstore.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
